cellochan Policy Guidelines 2012-2013Welcome to cellochan! The payment schedule for 2012/2013 is as follows: There are 35 lessons during the academic year with five payments a year at two-month intervals. Payments are due: September 1, November 1, January 1, March 1, and May 1. * See lesson weekly dates below. A fee of $26 per concert is due for each formal concert to cover hall rental and accompanist fees. Concert participation is optional but highly encouraged. All cellochan events and opportunities are included in your payment with the exceptions of: Outside events such as concerts we attend as a group, master classes I give outside cc or performances of mine, or other events not part of the regular calendar. LESSON FEES:1/2 hour lessons: 7 lesson payment: $322 ($46 per) Weekly payments will result in a higher rate: * Summer lesson information will be available in the spring of 2013. CHAMBER ENSEMBLES:Cello ensemble is offered each semester when enrollment is met. There will be two groups available. Group 1 — Beginner/Intermediate. Group 2 — Advanced. Ensembles perform at least twice a year, venues to be announced, and are open to students in and outside of cellochan.
